These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time as required by law or industry standards, or to improve our services, you are bound by the version at the time of your purchase.

If you are purchasing Channel Islands domain names (.gg / .je) you are also bound by the Terms & Conditions of Registry for whom we act as an Accredited Registrar.


1.1 Upon receipt of your Deposit & Subscription Payment, we will secure your domain, set up your email and begin the creative process of Logo Design and Business Card Design as included in your Package. We will also provide you with a Questionnaire to fill in with the information we require to complete the rest of your packaged services together with an invoice for further 50% of the remainder of your package total cost.
1.2 Domain and Email subscription fees are paid separately on a monthly subscription basis with a minimum term of 12 months. When you make your initial Deposit and the first payment on your subscription, it will be renewed automatically one calendar month after your initial date of purchase. You will be able to use your new email within 2 working days of your order. Your financial data is not stored on our servers and is processed via a third-party PCI Compliant Secure Service with Stripe UK.
1.3 Upon receipt of your completed Questionnaire and payment for 50% of the remainder of your package total cost we will print and deliver your business cards to you and complete the rest of the Packages Services commissioned. We will then ask you to review completed works and will provide the final invoice for 50% of the remainder of your package total cost.
1.4 Upon receipt of the Final 50% and all your review points (if any) in writing in a single document, we will action your review points and open the site to the public.
1.5. Timelines & Deposit. The project timelines are dependant on how quick you are able to provide the information we have requested in our questionnaire and your staged payments being received. Your Deposit payment covers the domain registration, email set up, initial DNS services setup and administration costs. No further packaged services will be performed until the next staged payment is received. You may cancel your package within 30 days of initial deposit payment and before any staged payments are made, your deposit will not be refunded, and your email subscription will remain for a minimum of 12 months.


2.1 All email services are provided by Google G Suite. We act as a reseller on behalf of Google G Suite. During the initial setup of your services, we will set up your e-Stationery and add documents included in your package to your Google Drive (if any). You are advised to change your password as soon as we set up all the services commissioned, you will be notified when this is done and reminded to change your password. To provide support, receive security notifications and regulation updates, and manage billing for your G Suite account – your alternative email address will be set to a Lubiland email address. 3.1 We own the rights or have secured such rights to any third-party content incorporated into the final design(s); and (c) our work does not violate the patent, copyright, trade secret or other property rights of any person, firm or entity. Your Final Print Artwork for design work can be provided to you if included in your Package or agreed separately during a tailor-made package. You may use such Artwork to re-print your designed products with other providers, you will not be able to make changes to such artwork. We hold and do not transfer the Working Creative Suite Files or Templates created during the design process.
3.2 We reserve the right to use your final designs for showcase purposes or to enter competitions and other industry related events.


4.1 We hold the key logins and user information for all domain/hosting/content management details for the duration of services commissioned in order to maintain the backups, software, and security of the website.
4.2 If your package includes access to your website back-end appropriate access level logins will be provided.
4.3 We retain the right to use the final design in competitions, publications, and portfolio showcase purposes and in marketing our business. A valid link to our website in your site’s footer must be visible at all times.
4.4 You may request additional work to be performed on the website to edit, amend or add content, such works will be charged at a standard hourly rate or limited to an agreed amount of prepaid/retainer hours if applicable.


5.1 Hosting services are provided on a dedicated, secure server with our partner UKFast. It is the leading hosting provider in the UK, which meets all EU GDPR requirements and is at the forefront of the UK hosting industry. All Hosting Service excluding DNS ONLY services include daily backup service and a free restore service at any time. Further information and certifications are available here.


6.1 information concerning Client’s business affairs, customers, vendors, finances, properties, methods of operation, computer programs, and documentation, and other such information, whether written, oral, or otherwise, is confidential in nature. All such information concerning Client is hereinafter collectively referred to as “Confidential Information.” For more information on how we process, store and protect Confidential Information please refer to our Privacy Notice.


7.1 Cancellation of services purchased as part of a Startup Package. Once the Deposit and both staged payments have been received, and after the initial period of 12 months, you may cancel your services at any time. Your services will be cancelled 30 days after we receive your cancellation in writing via email.
7.2 Cancellation of other services, not purchased as part of a Startup Package is 30 days, if you are purchasing an ad-hoc package, the Terms & Conditions will be outlined in your Proposal.
7.3 In your Cancellation you must nominate a third-party provider or person to transfer your services to. A master document with all access, logins and other relevant info we hold on your services and setup will be provided to such person or company. You may also wish and have the right to ask us to remove your personal data from our database and unsubscribe from our marketing emails. Your G Suite services may be interrupted if new billing information is not entered by you or the new third-party service provider you nominate after your cancellation.
7.4 Migration assistance service beyond your setup document transfer is available at Standard Hourly Rate please indicate if this is required in your Cancellation Notice.


8.1 Hosting/Email and other monthly subscription services are to be paid with a CC subscription or a Standing Order. If you prefer to pay with a Standing Order please let us know and we can terminate your CC subscription and provide Standing Order instructions.
8.2 Payments to be made using Internet Banking for upfront payments, staged payments for packages or design and related work commissioned.
8.3 Any additional ongoing work across all services is billed monthly at an hourly rate. Itemised timesheets for all such services are provided with the invoice.
8.4 A minimum fee of £25 will apply to each billing period (1 month) irrespective of the duration of the single task commissioned. If no tasks are commissioned in a single month no invoices will be issued.
8.5 All invoices must be settled within 14 days. In case of late payment, we reserve the right to discontinue works until payment is received. A fee of 5% of the total invoice amount will be applied to invoices unpaid after 30 days of invoice issue date.
